An HR team faces many problems on a daily basis, mostly related to settlements and/or policies of the company. Some examples and how to solve them include:

1. Employees not coming on time: A huge problem for any traditional company is making sure employees come on team and stay until working hours end. However, many people come late to work but at the end of the try to claim how they came on time.

Solution: The latest solution is to use a fingerprint sensor or a facial recognition machine to help make sure employees time properly.

2. Dressing inappropriately: While latest corporate trends have loosened, many organizations such as banks, government departments etc, try to maintain a proper attire that reflects the organiation's professionalism and commitment. However, there are always many employees who fail to follow these.

Solution: The perfect solution is to start with sending a discreet email to the employee as a warning. If an employee still persists, they should be fined.

3. Proper Communication Channels: Every organization has a hierarchy which needs to be maintained and followed. However, there are many cases in which an employee might try to by-pass their supervisor and talk directly to the team head or a manager. This is inappropriate behavior

Solution: All Employees should be told about the limits of their communication and the channels they can use. If they need to talk to someone in the senior management, their should be a proper channel for specific cases such as Abuse, corruption etc that should be used
