Answer is No

Every integers are not whole numbers because Integers are start from 0 to infinity positive and 0 to infinity negative . Whole numbers are start from 0 to infinity positive only. They don't have a single number of negative that's why all integers is not whole numbers.

By above reason, We can say that every whole numbers are Integers .
