assume total sum of lottery and fix deposit = x

fix deposit = 9 × x/16= 124200

x= 124200× 16/ 9

x= 13800× 16

x= 220800

54℅ he spends in rent and groceries

it means he spends 46 ℅ For lottery and fix deposit.

if 46 = 220800

100 = ?

100× 220800/46 = 480000

he spends 30 ℅ on rent

480000× 30℅= 144000

Answer is 144000 ₹
