every morning my friend is getting late so school bus waits for some time since the driver keeps the engine running fuel is wasted everyone is annoyed
a)how would u explain to your friend the resultant problem
b)what steps should I suggest to resolve or help the issue

He should be puntual. He should wake up early in the morning.

(a) I would explain about the problem to my friend by asking her to be on time  everyday (punctual).
(b) I would suggest the bus driver to stop the bus which would not lead to the wastage of fuel.
