Every object need energy to perform some work, so tell me fromnwhere the earth get energy to rotate

Earth is able to rotate due to the angular momentum which was generated 4 billion years ago. 

The sun has a gravitation field which pulls the planet towards itself but due to the velocity of the earth being perpendicular to the gravitational field it keeps on revolving due to there being no friction.
