we should eat food rich in protiens.

vitamins are also required for body.

fats are also important but eating too much fat can make our body fatty.for example- milk, butter,curd,egg,omlete,meat etc.

manjula is not eating a balanced diet,she should eat all protien food that are required for body.Bread and omlete is not a proper balanced diet.
