every poop is yellow .why it is not red green blue white ?

Normal poop is yellow because as it moves through the intestines friendly bacteria work on the bile pigment billirubin which derives from haemaglobin. After a long complicated process a new end product, a pigment called stercobilin, is formed which gives it its yellow color
