                                    The figure is a sphere

A sphere can be form by rotating a circle through 180 degrees

It can also be obtained by rotating a semi-circle through 360 degrees

If you cut a sphere using any plane, the resulting cross section will be circular

Examples of spherical objects include balls, bearings, etc.
