in a parallelogram, opposite sides and angles are equal, the same is with a rectangle..if we take a parallelogram with one of its angles as 90°, then it's opposite angle will also be 90°

....then by angles sum property,

=>90 + 90 + sum of other two angles=360°

=>180 + sum of other two angles=360°

=>sum of other two angles=360-180

.°. the other two angles are equal, we can write them as 'x'

=>X+X = 180

=>2x=180

$x = \frac{180}{2}$

$x = 90$

thus...we can see that all the angles are equal to 90°....this proves that all rectangles are parallelogram
