False, every rectangle can't be a square.
Because in a square all the sides are equal and its diagonals are equal and intersect each other at right angles.

But in a rectangle all the sides are not equal to each other and the diagonals are not equal.

no every rectangle are not square because the rectangle has its opposite side are equal whereas the square has all sides equal
the diagonal of the rectangle are not perpendicular whereas the diagonals of the square are perpendicular
