• The right to justice is also given to save the vulnerable and the weak. This gives individuals the freedom to pursue justice. If the right is not given, several other freedoms are also meaningless.
• Before he can do something, man must live. For the wellbeing and protection of its people, the State needs to make provisions. The right to live  also means the right to self-defense and suicide prevention
• Many different kinds of organizations emerge, and the state recognizes its right to do so in order to serve financial, economic, political and cultural needs. However, the State does not allow organizations to be created that are deemed detrimental to society's interests. The right to cultural freedom has been accorded to people. Their language, culture, mythology, literature and culture can be created freely.
• Citizens are allowed to enter into free contracts with others by the contract right. This is an necessary condition for humanity, because it is not possible to create truly social, economic and political relations.
