1) Yes I do think that the opinion suggested would be successful .
2)People consider unused notebooks or the textbooks even in good condition as waste after the year ends .They think that it is a clutter and is acquiring more space that it usually does in their drawers and shacks because they are supposed to be adjusting with the new books .And collecting them instead with the idea of donation to orphanage kids is an equally logical and creative thing .So I think that people would surely contribute .
