High skilled migration: A problem
- by Riya Chaurasiya
There is no doubt in the fact that India faces internal as well as international migration of high skilled people. Now a question arises; why international migration ? If we go on looking to the several dimension of this aspect, we will conclude ourselves to awful reasons.
Skilled people have put in themselves a lot resources to make themselves educated and productive. They sick of a job of their standard. They had educated themselves for doing something great instead sweeping. Now, their these expectations are pressed down and they are bound to stay happy with the job offered regardless of the fact whether get expected payment or not.
The Indian job system is poor. More to it, those who are good are unable proving their employees enough facilities. Now, bound by the describable corruption and job security, they tend to visit places with good facilities and payment . This is one of the reason of the fact that 40% of American doctors are Indian. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the government to bring in pro-tonic changes regarding this growing problem so that we could observe a decline in migration.
