Floods occur due to the rise of underground water in rainy seasons. In addition, the depth of the water also increases by many notches. Cities with inefficient drainage system have high chances of water overflowing causing great inconvenience to people.

Every year we have floods in rainy season because of the following reasons
:-
1) Every year in india there is large amount of rain.
2) When the water is full of the Dams and rivers then there is no space to storage of water.
3) Due to no storage the floods are occured.
