hello everyone. my name is Mohammed Danish and i want a help from you guys. as you know online classes are going on and because of that the teachers gave us project work to do and told us that submit on 16 of November. Yes! i have to submit the Project Work tomorrow. as i am in the home i am using computer.. so i am looking into google and searching the content *Every year we have floods in the rainy season, why? Explain* i am searching it and google takes me to this website. so i thought of asking a question in this website hoping that someone will give the answer....

Old drainage system, which is unable to cope up with increased demand.
Heavy pollution causing choking of rivers/nullah/sewage lines.
Increasing population.

…And finally very heavy rains two days back (the drainage capacity is 50mm per hour while the downpour wise many times more..
Above are the major reasons of flooding last week.
NOt that every year there is so heavy flooding, but above reasons have caused the floods. Last time it was in Yer 2005.
