    Points to consider:

Collecting the notes- Which subjects would you like to collect the notes for? For instance, collecting notes for Maths might not make much sense, because one needs to practice sums to understand the concepts. On the contrary, notes for language subjects are quite useful.

Textbooks- Texts like workbooks cannot possibly be used. Is there anything that can be done to ensure that a complete set of books can be handed over to someone who needs it? Also, many book stores sell complete sets and not individual books. Will it be possible for them to get the rest of the textbooks from somewhere or will they still end up buying the entire set?

Who the beneficiaries will be
-  Who would you want to give the material to and how would you want to go about identifying and getting in touch with those people. Also, how would you ascertain that they will put the notes to good use and not waste them?

Clarification- In case the people you give the notes to, have any doubts, would it be fine if they get in touch with you to seek clarification about the same? Do keep in mind that it can get annoying especially if they make it a habit to seek your help to understand the concepts, instead of putting their own minds to work.

I hope that helps!
