A. You can implement your idea by finding a NGO etc and donate the books there. Second thing i should not throw the books. I can keep them with yourself for future use and can recycle the notebooks. B. Well first of all we can meet those person who do not want to donate their books so this can be a challenge to convince them to donate their books instead of selling it to the scrap dealer.
