Good or Bad is just a matter of Perspective. Although I may have done something wrong that happened to be Bad in someone's life. It may or may not seem bad to me. If it seems bad to me too, then i have done something wrong in order to do bad to the other person. If it does not seem that bad to me then it is just a matter of perspective.
The sentence " Everybody is bad in someone's life story" is not so accurate because not all people are bad. some people exist who never had done something wrong in another person's life. keeping that in mind the sentence cannot be stated as a true statement.
Doing bad to others comes either from a revenge feeling or from a feeling of having fun. Revenge can somehow be justified as a person who was wronged by someone has already done something wrong to them. But doing bad to others for having fun is terrible mistake.
