"Everyone has a freedom to eat whatever they like" is a statement for which I'd go against.
I'd like to quote "We must eat for living, not live for eating"
Eating is a necessity for our body to function, yes, I agree with that, but I don't agree on eating whatever you like. You might just like eating stones, which is usually abnormal, but take that for an example. Stones do no good to your body, but you like them, so you eat them. Is that right? Obviously not!
Another example, likely to be more relatable, is eating junk food. Yes, I know, everybody including me, loves junk food, but if there weren't any rules and no people to stop us from gobbling all the junk food, the whole world would just be suffering from obesity right now. Which wouldn't be a good sight, honestly.

I'd like to conclude that food is needed for survival, not to kill yourself by eating at ungodly hours and whatever you like.
