everyone knows that the rich can have better lawyer in the courts. what is the point in talking about equality before law?

Nope....the poor people are also provided lawyers by the government without any expense. And every time, better lawyers don't win the case.... it all depends on the witnesses and the outlook of the concerned judge

so in India laws are made qnd that's a good thing but no one follows it and making laws and not following has no sense
so coming to ur question
there is a law that the 2 wheelers should wear helmet but we ourselves see police not wearing helmets and thus people start to question if he is not wearing even I will also not wear...
and people who are rich will dump the poor people easily and basically in India if u just bribe everything goes smoothly
we can eradicate this situation if we all join hands together to remove corruption
and every body goes where there is money so these lawyers too are bribed behind the scenes
