See it is correct that if someone will practice then that man be good in that and abut perfey no one is there...if everyone will be perfect then they must be god....

"Practice makes a man perfect" is just an idiom, and idiom's meanings are taken in an other way. For example the idiom "butterflies in the stomach"...its not like there are real butterflies in the stomach. So " Practice makes a man perfect" is just an idiom that explains how a person can be better than usual when they practice.
