It's very important to have a balance diet. now a days people are doing dieting to stay slim or fit which is not right from my point of view , it's good to do diet but some peoples are eating nothing , it's a very wrong thing. We have to a proper diet, which have to made by some nutritious foods such as Green Vegetables, Salads, 2 eggs in a day to have a proper amount of protein and energy!! Hence, Every one should take a balanced diet rather than eating nothing whole day!!
