Umm according to my experience to deal with a unpleasant change
we should find humor in the situation
accept the past but fight for future
we should also maintain a positive attitude
know the most unpleasant change for me was in ninth class ...till 1st to 8th we do have free periods after 2 or three study classes and study was not that hard ...but in ninth actually there were no free periods and study was also quite difficult at the first months I seriously didn't liked this change and and many friends *many GOOD FRIENDS also left the school in that dam class know ...I seriously missed them a alot ....phir after some time adat ko gai asi studies ki
so what I mean is whether it is a pleasent change or whether it is unpleasant we should maintain a same attitude in both the cases because koi bhi change hamesha le liye to hamare saath nhi reha gA Na ???isn't it
