every thing is transient and gets washed away with the tide of time.. this in reference to the poem ozymandias can be expalined asthe poet in the poem tried to expain that that statues and the buildings built to showcase one's power will eventually get damaged with the passage of time. As the time wont stop for anyone and also that as in the poem that the statue of the king who believed that he is the king of king.. eventually his statue got ruined into pieces with the passage of time and gets destroyed eventually
hope this helps.
