he says that the things which he had described was true but it was not of the real world.It was of the imaginary world.The word of game in which he saved sebastian shultz.So if he saved him virtually then the name of the chapter is correctly justified...

This chapter is named as virtually true and the lines said by narrator is correct as in this chapter there was a boy whose memory is being somehow saved in a virtual game and the narrator saved that guy in the game and made that guy to come alive in real world. After getting well that boy also thanked the narrator for saving his life and bringing him back to real world. which was a truth.
