Everytime I answer a question, a waarning comes

I've been answering it without any swear words or offensive content

I get a notification "There is no such answer"

I have heard that the mod is a bot maybe som malfunction is there that’s why it’s deleting your questions and answers. I am new here so I don’t know about because it didn’t happened to me.
