evolution cannot be equated with progress because there is no real progress of evolution it is only change the simple body design into a complex border design take

It can't be. For example a species living in a really hot place has evolved and now it's blood is quite cold to bear the heat.

But by some reason, the species is displaced to a cold place. It's evolution of cold blood would be harmful for the species in this case and hence is not a progress at all.
