Sir

The road leading to Bharat School is very congested all hours of the day. It is one of the busiest roads of the city, but it is full of potholes everywhere. Shopkeepers on both sides have encroached upon a good part of the road. It has increased the congestion all the more. The situation becomes horrible during morning hours when people are hurrying to their places of work. There are two big schools situated on this road. Students and parents are often caught in traffic jams which gives them a lot of mental tension. Several representations have been made to the government, but nothing has been done so far to improve the condition of the road. Now we seek to draw the government’s attention through this letter in the columns of your paper.

It is heard that the City Corporation is having a dispute with the Telegraph

Department over the repair of this road. But how is the common man concerned with this dispute? Why should he be made to suffer for no fault of his?

Yours truly

Aditi
