definition :- thickness of a solid liquid gas measured by mass/unit volume is called density.
weather and objects roads all things depend on its density .it is the density and not the size of the object that make it sink or float . objects that are denser than water will sink into water ,while object that are less dense than water will float on it . for this reason a large sheet of thermocol would float on water, but a small coin would think .object filled with air float on water .I'm short on water since the density of oil is less than that of water .
