Examine if the following system of equations is inconsistent and find the solution if exits.
x+y+z=1, 2x-2y+3z=1,x-y+2z =5,3x+y+z=2​

in equation 2 sub x=1/2 we get

1-2y+3z=1

-2y+3z=0

z=2y/3

sub it in equation equation 3

1/2-y+4y/3=1

4y/3 -y=1-1/2

y/3=1/2

y=3/2

sub x and y in equation 2

2(1/2)-2(3/2)+3z=1

1-3+3z=1

-2+3z=1

3z=1+2

3z=3

z=1

so finally

x=1/2

y=3/2

z=1
