examine if x-7 is a factor of
 {x}^{3}  + 2 {x}^{2}   -  3x + 4

EXPLANATION:-

x-7 =0

x-7 =0 x=7

put the value of x in given equation:-

x^3+ 2x^2 -3x+4

= (7)^3 + 2(7)^2-3×7+4

=343+ 2×49 -21+4

= 343 + 98 - 21+ 4

=445-4

=441
