LHS

= tan^4 © + tan^6 ©

= tan^4 © ( 1 + tan^2 ©)

= tan^4 © * sec^2 ©

Hence,

tan^4 © + tan^2 6 © = tan^4 © * sec^2 ©

I suppose there's a mistake in the RHS of the question that has been. mentioned.
