This is A. Beta Decay. Beta decay is a phenomenon in nuclear physics where most commonly, due to the collapse of a neutron to a proton, an electron is emitted along with a neutrino.

It can also happen that a proton releases an electron and is transformed into a neutron.

The Peta particle or its neutrino do not exist before beta decay but get formed during the decay process. Due to this, unstable atoms come into more stable configurations.
