Examine the factors responsible for the degraded condition of women in India?​

The factors are:-

# Social factor: As we all know that the women in India are not treated as equal to men . They are dominated by men in patriarchal society. They are ment to work households and be obedient to their men for happiness.

#Economic factor: Economically women are also ignored. They are not subjected to equal pay for equal work. They are not given inheritance right on an average an Indian women works one hour more than an Indian men. Yet much of her work is not paid therefore not valued.

# Ignorance: At many places birth of a female child is considered to be a cure and a burden . So out of ignorance people practise female infanticide .

# As these are very well known. Yet issues related to women are not given adequate attention.

# This led many feminists and women's movement to the conclusion that unless women control power , there problems will not get adequate attention
