the Articles 24 of Indian constitution prohibits kids below the age of 14 to work in factories and hazardous places. this is not practiced completely in India as most of the Indian population is below the poverty line. as the amount of resources is limited for the people below the poverty line, even the kids have to work to support their family. I think this law can be practiced only if the government tries to provide the poor better opportunities to come up in life and take measures to prevent corruption. by preventing corruption, the poor people will be ble to get the wages they deserve than the poor wages they get from their bosses.
