Explanation:

1. LACK OF INTERNAL DEMOCRACY :-

Political Parties (especially Indian Political Parties) face a big of authoritarianism. It's very difficult for a common party worker to rise through a party. Most of the power is centred within few individuals and normal workers doesn't even know what's happening at party-apex.

2. HIERARCHICAL SUCCESSION :-

Most parties like Indian National Congress and Lok Janshakti Party face this issue, most of the higher positions in a party are acquired by people belonging to same family.

3. INFLUENCE OF MONEY/MUSCLE POWER :-

Political Parties tend to choose easy way for winning, manier times tickets/portfolios are distributed to businessmen and gangsters.

4. LACK OF RECOGNITION TO COMMON-PARTY WORKERS

Parties doesn't even register their workers. Work of people who organised grass-root level task is not recognised by the party and their work isn't valued.
