Harappan civilization is one of the most ancient civilizations of the world. It was believed to be a hub of art and culture and architecture

Explanation:

  • The era between 4000BC & 3000BC, man had acquired more skills and knowledge in mastering nature's forces. Men took to "agriculture" & started  to make more "efficient tools" & began to settle near river banks. Hence,  because of this several "dispersed farming villages" had evolved first into "town" and later into "cities"
  • The "river valleys" had the potential for agriculture  required to support the dense populace  and also produce "surplus food", thus allowing the freedom of not producing their own food. These people had become "specialists" & had developed a variety of new skills such as using metal & making alloys, writing, large-scale construction, & seal making. This knowledge permitted people to progress to a new stage in the advancement of civilization
