The Weimar constitution had some inherent defects which made it unstable and vulnerable to dictatorship.Which are as follows:-
1.Proportional representation: This made achieving a majority by any one party near impossible task,leading to rule by coalitions.
2.Article no.48: In which the presidest has the powers to impose emergency, suspend civil rights and rules by decree.
