Let the 5+3x be the factor

thrn

x = -5/3 be a factor.

hence

p(x) = 3(-5/3)²+11(-5/3)+10 = 25/3-55/3+10 = 0

-30/3 + 10 = 0

-10+10 = 0

LHS = RHS

hence proved it is a factor of the polynomial.
