Yes the triangles are congruent by AAS criterion.                                          Angle Q = Angle R (60 degrees).       Angle D = Angle P (100 degrees) because using Angle Sum property of triangle Angle P = 180-60-20 , i.e , 100 degrees      DE=PQ (3 cm).
