a=-9.8m/s^2

v=0

s=10m

(i) u=?

2as=v^2-u^2

2×-9.8×10=0-u^2

-196=-u^2

root196=u

14m/s = u

(ii) t=?

v=u+at

v-u/a=t

0-14/-9.8=t

1.42s = t
