Relative density ( RD ) = density of substance / density of water.

RD of Silver = 10.8 & density of water = 10^3kg/m^3.

Substituting the values in the formula :

10.8 = density of Silver /10^3 kg/m^3.

Transposing the terms,

Density of Silver = 10.8 × 10^3 kg/m^3, =10800 kg/m^3. ( The required answer )
