LHS

4 sin30° sin²60° +3 cos60°tan45°

= 4× ½ × ¾ + 3 ×½ × 1

=3/2 + 3/2

= 6/2

=3

RHS

2sec60° - cosec² 90°

= 2 ×2 - 1²

= 4 -1

=3

LHS = RHS

Small correction in the question -> In RHS it is 2sec60° ,but not 2 sec²60°
