First draw a line segment Ab=7.2 cm

Make angle 75 at point A

Open compass 4.3 cm and cut the angle line at point D

Open compass 5.8 cm and mark curve from point B

Open compass 6.3 cm and mark curve from point D

This curve cut the curve mark from point B at point C

Join C and D

The ABCD is required quadrilateral.
