Spain, India, Belgium are the countries which are good example of holding together federation.  

Federation is that political entity which is categorized by the union of province, states and other regions. Powers are distributed as central government and state government. Federal government is famous as “peaceful and good government”.  

Countries with coming together federation are United States of America and Switzerland. Countries with holding good federation are India, Spain and Belgium. It is also known as unitary type of government.

'Holding together' is a type of federation that a large country divides is power into its constituent state and the national government. In this category the central government tends to be more powerful than the states. In this type of federation very often different constituent units have unequal power, and some units are granted special powers.

Example:- India, Spain, Belgium are examples of holding together federations.
