when you hit a wall you get hurt because the wall  exerts the same force bact at your hand #newtons third law

Examples Of Newton's third law of motion :

♦ Swimming of a man - Man pushes water in the backward direction (action) and water pushes man in the forward direction (reaction) . In this way man swims.

♦ Walking of a man - Man pushes the earth backward from right foot (action) . Earth pushes the man forward (reaction) . In this way man walks.

♦ When a man jumps from a boat, the boat also experience a backwards je-rk.

♦ When a bullet is fired from a gun, We observe recoiling of the gun. The gun acts on bullet exerts a force on the bullets, simultaneously the bullet reacts on the gun.

♦ Inflate a balloon and leave it. You will observe that the balloon through which the air is coming out.
