The king who was not a good person because he always gave orders to everyone but when after some times he thought and he became good person.
Prince was a good person he always admired the king, so king became a changeable person.

Sub: An appeal for a Peace Agreement.
Dear Samaritans,
As you are aware that the youngest prince of Nevik Galaxy had visited all the planets during his first tour, and sent an open letter to the Samaritans of all planets for a Peace Agreement to be signed by every planet Authority. This is for an objective for the purpose of cohabiting and help each other to attain a peaceful Galaxy. It is a request to each and everyone planet authority to address the content for the open letter. Since I am the Peace Agreement Coordinator, will call for a Peace Meet on the quarter of this month and discuss with all planet representatives on this issue.
