Nowadays, good example is GST (Goods & Services Tax) bill. It is nowadays major dispute between center & many states, because many states doesn't want the tax rate which is fixed by center govt. their saying is  that they will going to lose more revenue by implementing new tax rates . they want rates as par their demand or cash compensation for income damage.
