DEAR STUDENT

Electric motor is basic device to convert electrical energy in to mechanical ( kinetic) energy. The rotational motion obtained here can be directly used in appliances like fan, washing machines etc. Or by mechanical arrangements, this rotational motion can be converted in linear or oscillatory motions.
