Hey mate ,

Isotonic solution :- In which concentration of outer and inner solution is same.

i.e. it will neither swell nor shrink.

ex. blood cell

Hypertonic solution :- In which outer concentration is more than inner. i.e. cell will shrink

ex. When Raisins are placed in sugar solution, it shrink.

Answer: ✴️isotonic solution

if the medium has exactly the same water concentration as the cell there will be not net movement of water across the cell membrane such as a solution is known as isotonic solution.

✴️Hypotonic solution

if the medium surrounding the seller has a higher water concentration than the cellar meaning that the outside solution is very relieved the seller will gain water by osmosis such as a solution in known as a hypotonic solution.

✴️Hypertonic solution

if the medium has a lower concentration of water than the cell meaning that it is a very concentrated solution the seller will rose water by osmosis such a solution is known as hypotonic solution .

Hope it help you please mark as brilliant

Have a great day ☺️
